Hey guys being the lazy sob that I am heres the cut n paste from the bf div that I did concerning this game.
For the people haven't played the original Red Orchestra.
Company called Tripwire Interactive won a competition and got to use the Unreal engine to create a WW2 based hardcore FPS.
It utilized a great team system for the use of tanks and infantry combat style yadadadadadada, Its a great game and up there with the best IMO for WW2 MP games.

Soooooooo we hit the fast forward button to now. Red Orchestra 2: Heroes of Stalingrad.

This game should be added to your shopping lists guys with BF3, the way the developments in this game have come along I can see a very happy BF division being able to swap between a quality modern day combat era FPS and a quality WW2 shooter (come on every one here loved BF1942 and loves ww2 games).

This is the best review I have read so far:

Some screens to wet the appetite:
Up armored and up-gunned Panzer Mk3

Cover your ear's Yuri, its time to kill the fascist dogs:

So yeah if you want to join me for some real hardcore squad based ww2 shenanigan's hit up steam. $39.99 I think ATM and if you already own RO you get the deluxe edition for $35. Deluxe edition gives you first day access to the bayonet equipped versions of the K98 and Mosin.

Highly advise watching the beta videos especially the tanking action.

post away if your on of the guys keen to join myself and others.
