Before you submit your complaint please do the following checks;

1. Check our roster to see whether the person is one of our members or not - TBC
2. Check our list of ex clan members known to still use our tags - TBC

Any non AUS member who has a grievance against an AUS member (or the clan as a whole) may lodge a written complaint with the clan. You can post your complaint here in this section of the forums

Please include details (events, dates etc) and provide any evidence you have (screenshots etc).

If the complaint is warranted and has merit, a response from the relevant member will be sought by the clan officers.

If upon examining the response from the relevant member the complaint is determined to be without merit an appropriate response to the complaint will be sent to you.

If upon reading the response from the relevant member the complaint is determined to have merit a sanction may be imposed on the member which may include a caution, reprimand, suspension, cancellation of membership or such other sanction (if any) as the relevant officer(s) see fit.

Please allow up to 24 hrs for an acknowledgement of your complaint to be posted.
